Founded in 1960, IRAP is a non-governmental organization that provides education, development, rehabilitation, and growth to the young and the children with hearing impairment, in addition to helping them integrate socially, culturally, and professionally in society. Their mission, empowered by donations and solidarity, is to open these young people to a different social reality and help them cope with their challenges.
